To the high altar for my tithes forgotten 12d; to the candlebeam before the crucifix 20s.
Alice my wife to have a yard (Curtiligium) to give and to sell, on condition that my sons have preference over others if any of them wish to buy it: Alice to have my field of Semer, and the land at Lindsey Tye for a term of six years, and after that James Grene my son to have the lands in Semer and Lindsey, to him and his heirs, on condition that he pay William Grene my son 4 marks, that is, 10s at the feast of St Michael next, and the residue of the 4 marks in the first year in which he enters upon the lands.
Alice my wife to have all my chattels to her and her assigns.
