Isabel my wife to have all (my) lands and tenements for the term of her life and after her decease the lands and tenements to be sold for the performing of my will; if Joan my daughter wish to marry and be pleased to remain and maintain her right (here) and be willing to buy the said land and tenements, she to have them 40s within the price that others are willing to pay; if she do not wish to remain, nor to buy the lands and tenements she to have 20s only.
A trental to be celebrated by the convent of the Friars Preachers at Thetford, at appropriate feasts for the year.
To Alice CREME 20s; Joan my daughter to have 2 ac(res) of land formerly Agnes BRAY's; Agnes BRAY to have from Joan my daughter each year during her life half a bushel of the grain produced on the land containing those 2 ac(res)
After the death of Isabel my wife, a priest to celebrate for our souls, if there be a sufficient surplus in the view of my executors: Isabel my wife and John PATYLL; supervisor: William CHAPELYN Clerk.
