I, Mary Crickmor of Bungay in the County of Suffolk, Widow, being of sound and disposeing Mind Memory and Understanding, praised be Almighty God for the same, Do ordain publish and devlare this to be my last Will and Testament in manner and fform following (that is to say)

I give, devise, limitt and Appoint unto John Crickmore my eldest son and to his heirs forever All That my third part and all other my share in a certain ffarm called Boorgood Hall in Bungay aforesaid with all aand every the Houses, Lands, Meadows and Appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining

And also to give full Power and Authority unto my Executors herein after named or such of them as shall take upon him or themselves the Probate of this my Will or the survivor of them or the Executors or Administrators of such survivor to make sale of all that my Messuage or Tenement and ffarm with all and singular the Houses, Outhouses, Lands, Tenements, Meadows, Pastures, ffodings and Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining now in the Tenure Use or Occupaation of Robert Qinn, his assignee or assigns, undertenant or undertenants
