WILL OF JOHN CRICKMAR 1870

I, John Crickmar of the parish of East Donyland in the County of Essex, Carpenter, declare this to be my last Will.
I hereby direct that my dwellinghouse workshop and garden, as also my household furniture and other effects, shall be sold within six months from the date of my decease, and that after payment of my funeral expences and all my just debts, the money remaining shall be divided into six equal shares which shall be paid respectively to:
my Wife Mary Ann Crickmar my three sons Henry Crickmar, John Crickmar and Robert Samuel Crickmar and my two Daughters Edna Enfield and Hannah Rudlin for their sole use and benefit.
I further direct and appoint Mr George Turner Innkeeper and Mr Peter Harris Shipwright of East Donyland to be Trustees and Executors for carrying out the provisions of this my Will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty seventh day of January 1870
Signed and declared by the above named Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto set our hands as witnesses
