WILL OF HENRY ISTED, Yeoman of WORTH, 1738




In the Name of God Amen. I Henry ISTED of the parish of Worth in the County of Sussex, Yeoman, being of Sound and Perfect Mind and Memory do make and declare my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say):

I give devise and bequeath unto my Loving wife Angle ISTED all my Estate both reall and personall, ready Money, plate, debts, Goods and Chattels whatsoever and wheresoever which do now or at the time of my decease shall belong or appertain to me

And I do hereby make ordain and appoint my said wife Angle ISTED full and sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament And do hereby revoke all former Wills Codicils and bequests by me at any time heretofore made written or spoken and do make publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I have hereunto Sett my hand and Seal the fourteenth day of January in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Thirty Eight
