On the 14th day of February 1881 Letters of Administration of the personal Estate of Henry Crickmore late of Boxted in the County of Essex, Gentleman, deceased, who died on the 25th day of September 1881 at Boxted aforesaid intestate, were granted at the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of the High Court of Justice, to Sarah Ann Crickmore of the same place the lawful Widow and Relict said deceased, she having been first sworn duly to administer.
