ANN EDMONDS' WILL
In the Name of God Amen. I Ann Edmonds of Lowestoft in the County of Suffolk, widow, being weak in Body but of Sound, Disposing Mind, Memory and Understanding (praised be to Almighty God for the same) Do Make, Publish and Declare this to be my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say
First I do hereby Give and Devise unto my son Robert Edmonds of Lowestoft in the aforesaid County, Baker, all that piece of Dole Lands, cordwaining, Five acres to the Roads (unreadable) adjoining to the Parish of St John to seaboard commonly called the Brick Kiln, in the Parish of Lowestoft part of the County of aforesaid.
Also I Give and Devise any Houses wherein I now dwell in the Lane commonly called Yard Lane in Lowestoft aforesaid, to be sold in twelve months after my decease and the money arising from the sale thereof after my Testamentary expences are paid thereout to be equally Divided in equal Portions by my executors hereafter mentioned that is to say Robert Edmonds, Francis Edmonds, Ellis Mickleburgh, Joseph Barber, Robert Cann, Michael Barrett, all of the Parish of Lowestoft aforesaid, and unto John Edmonds my Grandson and son of my son John Edmonds deceased.
Also I Give and Bequeath all my Household Furniture, Goods and Chattels, of what kind soever and wheresoever in England unto my son-in-law Robert Cann. His Heirs, executors and assigns for his Sole use and Benefits.
And lastly I do hereby revoke and make void all former wills by me herefore made. And do Make, Publish and Declare this to be my Last Will and Testament. And I do hereby constitute and appoint aforesaid Robert Edmonds of Lowesoft aforesaid Baker and John Edmonds of the same place, Twine Spinner, to be executors to this my Last Will and Testament unto which I have set my stand and seal this 20th Day of June in the year of Our Lord One Thousand and Eight Hundred and Nine.

Signed, Sealed, Published and Declared by the said Ann Edmonds the Testatrix and for her Last Will and Testament, in the presence of us who in her presence, at her request and in the presence of each other, have subscribed out names as witnesses thereto.
